Healing

Beginner  /  45 mins  /  73° - 78°

Healing Yoga is a restorative style yoga focused on slow stretches and mindful breathing creating mental clarity and space in the body. This class is very low impact and requires very little stamina. EVERYONE should do this class at least once a week no matter if you are brand new to yoga or the fittest of the fittest. 

 

Nidra

Beginner  /  30 - 60 mins  /  73° - 78°

Yoga Nidra is a powerful relaxation and meditation technique. This technique induces deep body-mind relaxation with the ultimate goal of increasing self-awareness. Lie down and get comfy!

Yin

Beginner  /  60 mins  /  73° - 78°

Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues to activate change at that deepest level. Yin is a fantastic way to increase or maintain flexibility as it focuses on the areas around the joints. You’ll immediately notice more open hips, buttery muscles and a major mind detox. In the long run, it will lubricate joints, release the fascia of the body, increase flexibility and positively affect your yang practice.

Hatha Basics

Beginner  /  60 mins  /  73° - 78°

Hatha Basics is a introduction to some of the basic yoga postures. Hatha Yoga combines postures (asanas) with conscious breathing and focus to develop strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Students can expect to develop body awareness and explore varied postures in a mixed-level environment. This class is a nice practice for anyone new to yoga or experienced yogis who want to sharpen their alignment and skills. This class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental yoga asanas and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice.

 

Hatha Hot

Intermediate  /  60 mins  /  85° - 95°

Hatha Hot consists of the same 26 asanas (poses) that will challenge you mentally while building physical strength, patience, flexibility and endurance. This is more of a stagnate class opposed to a flow class. There will be options to take a flow or rest and breathe. All fitness levels are encouraged to come. 

Vinyasa Basics

Beginner - Advanced  /  60 - 75 mins  /  73° - 78°

Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. This class takes a lot of the postures from Hatha Basics and connects them in a continuous movement creating internal heat, strength, flexibility, detox and stress reduction. This is a flow class with little breaks. This class is recommended for all levels. We always offer different levels and modifications for all poses.

 

Vinyasa

Intermediate - Advanced  /  60 mins  /  78° - 85°

The Vinyasa class features asanas (postures) that are linked with the breath with very little rest between postures. It also incorporates use of drishtis, Sanskrit terminology, binds, longer holds, inversions and arm balances. The majority of the class is focused on linking breath with movement, but advanced postures may be workshopped throughout. The Vinyasa class combines the internal benefits of yoga while getting a great workout designed to build your endurance, strength, flexibility and confidence as you flow through a series of asanas (poses). 

New yogis may enjoy taking a Hatha or Vinyasa Basics class to become familiar with basic asanas (poses) and lingo. We will be moving fairly fast. Be prepared to sweat.

Power Basics

Power Basics is the Level 1 version of all our power classes. Power is a fitness-based yoga practice that is designed to get the heart rate up, build strength, flexibility, sculpts muscles, increase stamina and endurance. This is a great class for those who are looking for a fitness and yoga all in one class. 

 

Power

Intermediate  /  60 mins  /  73° - 78°

Power is the Level 2 version of all our power classes. Power is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. It is designed to get the heart rate up, build strength, flexibility, sculpts muscles, increase stamina and endurance while students synchronize their breath with their movements. This is a nice sweaty class that will challenge you.

 

Power Kick-Ur-Asana

Advanced  /  60 - 75mins  /  85° - 90°

Kick-Ur-Asana is a fast paced, make-you-sweat practice that will give yoga a whole other meaning. This class is designed to kick your butt because it is designed to train and condition the muscles to hit the big poses. This class is a total body workout and is good for yoga students who are physically active and interested in the fitness benefits of yoga. Kick-Ur-Asana builds strength, flexibility, sculpts muscles, increases stamina and endurance. Bring lots of water and a towel, because you will need it. 

Core 30

Intermediate - Advanced  /  40 mins  /  73° - 78°

Our core is a complex series of muscles extending far beyond our abs. A strong core stabilizes the entire body. This 40 minute class will start with 5 minutes of breathing, intention setting, and relaxation; followed by 30 mins of core work focused on training the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen and conclude with 5 minutes of savasana. All levels are welcomed.

 

H.I.I.T.

Intermediate - Advanced  /  60 mins  /  73° - 78°

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This is a workout class more than a yoga class. If you love your yoga practice but want to balance it with a different form of fitness then this is for you. It is challenging but all levels are welcomed. You work at your own pace.

Aerial

Intermediate - Advanced  /  75 mins  /  73° - 78°

Curl up in your own aerial hammock and explore your yoga from a new elevation, take flight. Aerial Yoga offers authentic yoga, with the support of a silk hammock to explore, refine, and advance traditional yoga positions, both in the air and the ground. This class is structured just like our traditional yoga classes starting with centering, warmup, posture focus, inversion and final resting pose/savasana. This unique form of yoga is a total body workout, increases strength, improves circulation, reduces stress (because it is so much fun), lengthens the spine, increase range of motion, improves memory, aids digestion and is a ton of fun.

Prerequisite Needed
A one-time Aerial Yoga Workshop is required before you take Aerial Yoga classes, the 2hr prerequisite is offered several times a the month— check the Schedule to reserve a spot.

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy or you will be charged for the class— this policy is only for this speciality class.

Freaky Friday

Intermediate - Advanced  /  90 min  /  73° - 78°

Are ready to have some fun? All levels welcomed! It is Friday and it is time to let loose and not take life so seriously. This 90 minute class is designed to get the body warmed up and flowing for the first 45 minutes and the second 45 minutes will be filled with play time. Your play time! Whatever you would like to work on. The instructor will ask at the beginning of class what poses you would like to work on and warm you up to properly practice those poses. This can be any pose you want to practice; it can be a tree pose to the almighty handstand. The instructor will share their time with each student assisting, teaching and guiding each student to their dream pose. It is kind of like a private yoga session in a group setting. Come have fun with us.
