Our yoga classes combine and connect various forms of yoga including, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Hatha and Yin. This yoga melting pot brings forth a new and refreshing twist on traditional yoga and in no time you will feel stronger, refreshed and your self value will increase. Yoga8 utilizes modern principles of exercise science to burn max calories. Our classes focus on transforming you to be the very best you physically and mentally. RECOMMENDED CLASS LEVELS
Beginners: levels 1 - 3 // Intermediate students: levels 2 - 4 // Advanced students: levels 3 - 5
Keep in mind every class has modifications for all three levels (for each pose), so any level can take any class. The 'recommended class level' is a starting point. EVERYONE should do this class at least once a week. No matter if you are brand new to yoga or the fittest of the fittest. This class will help you heal the wear and tear you do on your physical and emotional body. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate as well as all students who are nursing injuries and have limited mobility.
Healing Yoga is a restorative style yoga focused on slow stretches and mindful breathing creating mental clarity. It is the centering of your breath and body. Aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. This class is very low impact and requires very little stamina.
Align and Flow
low to moderate difficulty // 75 mins // 73-78 degrees
This class is recommended for all levels. This is a vinyasa class focused on alignment. Each pose is broken down into 3 different levels and you get to decide what level you would like to practice at for that day.
If you are new to yoga, this is the perfect class to start understanding and feeling alignment. If you are a seasoned yogi, this class will take your practice to the next level because it will force you to work on deepening each pose. We recommend this class at least once a week for seasoned yogis and for new yogis come to as often as you can. You will leave feeling strong, clear and determined.

Hot Inspired is a moderately intensity class performed in a 93-98 degree room. The class consists of the same 26 asanas (poses) that will challenge you mentally while building physical strength, patience, flexibility and endurance. All fitness levels are encouraged to come. This is a 60 or 90 minute class.
Strength and Tone Fusion

Strength and Tone Fusion is a challenging class fusing Isometrics and Pilates. You will burn calories, tone muscles, sweat and feel the BURN!
This class is a little different each time, but always a great workout! Isometrics is strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. This allows to tune in and focus on those smaller muscle groups. Pilates is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. Pilates develops strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture. Come try something new and burn baby burn!
Sculpt and Tone

This unique, heart-pumping fusion class is unlike any other yoga class you’ve ever experienced! This class combines a sweaty flow, with extra strength training by using light hand weights, and a focus on building a strong, healthy core. This fun workout keeps you on your toes giving you a complete mind-body workout experience.
Sculpt and Tone Basics

Sculpt and Tone Basics is the beginner level of sculpt and tone. Are you ready to move out of a healing or basics class and increase your fitness? This is the class for you. This class is designed for our newer yogis who are ready to increase the intensity level and for our veteran yogis who need need to bring it back to the basics. We recommend all yogis to revisit the basics no matter how long they have been practicing. It is always nice to get back to your roots.
All levels // 40 mins // 73-78 degrees
Our core is a complex series of muscles extending far beyond our abs. A strong core stabilizes the entire body. This 40 minute class will start with 5 minutes of breathing, intention setting, and relaxation; followed by 30 mins of core work focused on training the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen and conclude with 5 minutes of savasana. All levels are welcomed.

Ideal for anyone new to yoga or at the beginning of their fitness journey. This beginner level practice will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. This class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental yoga asanas and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice. Set to music, this class will invigorate your entire body.

Vinyasa is all about continuous movement—and most importantly, matching that movement with breathing. Practicing Vinyasa regularly should eventually enable you to match each movement with a breath in—or out. The focus is on movement and grace, so for many this ends up feeling like dancing. We offer modifications in all classes so join us for a flow.
This is a heart pumping class that is focused on maximizing time. This class combines the internal benefits of yoga while getting a great workout designed to build your endurance, strength, flexibility and confidence as you flow through a series of asanas (poses). All fitness levels are encouraged to come. New yogis may enjoy taking a Yoga Basics class to become familiar with basic asanas (poses) and lingo. We will be moving fairly fast. Be prepared to sweat.

Kick-Ur-Asana is a fast paced, make-you-sweat practice that will give yoga a whole other meaning. This class is designed to kick your butt. This class is a total body workout and is good for yoga students who are physically active and interested in the fitness benefits of yoga. Kick-Ur-Asana builds strength, flexibility, sculpts muscles, increases stamina and endurance. Bring lots of water and a towel, because you will need it.
Calling all athletes, weightlifters, Crossfitters, marathoners, triathletes, and anyone else who may think yoga is for sissies. This class is for you! You will be challenged physically and mentally and you will love it!

Curl up in your own aerial hammock and explore your yoga from a new elevation, take flight. Aerial Yoga offers authentic yoga, with the support of a silk hammock to explore, refine, and advance traditional yoga positions, both in the air and the ground. This class is structured just like our traditional yoga classes starting with centering, warmup, posture focus, inversion and final resting pose/savasana. This unique form of yoga is a total body workout, increases strength, improves circulation, reduces stress (because it is so much fun), lengthens the spine, increase range of motion, improves memory, aids digestion and is a ton of fun.

Fire and Soul

Are you ready to sweat and have a ton of fun?Fire and Soul is a dance fitness class that will fire up your heart and muscles while energizing the soul. This class is designed to focus on your aerobic fitness, muscle endurance, strength, power, flexibility, neuromuscular coordination, and body composition.
So you DON'T think you can dance and the word dance freaks you out? That is ok. This is a all levels class and you do what you can do. Dancing is not the focal point of this invigorating class; it is all about moving the body. Give it a try before you say you can't do it. Come shake what yo momma gave you!
All levels // 45-60 mins // 73-78 degrees
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is a form of interval training and a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT is the concept where one performs a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity, repeatedly, until too exhausted to continue. This class will be the most challenging and most rewarding 45-60 minutes of your day. All levels are encouraged to come.
